His Story

Greyson's Story
Changed Everything

Greyson Martin Kessler was a sweet, vibrant, and fearless 4½-year-old boy whose life was taken far too soon. His story exposed dangerous gaps in how family courts recognize domestic violence, credible threats, and risks to children.

His mother, Ali Kessler, transformed unimaginable grief into advocacy. Greyson’s Choice was created from her love for Greyson and her determination to protect children, amplify protective parents, and help prevent another family from experiencing the same devastating loss.

Ali’s advocacy helped lead to the passage of Greyson’s Law in Florida in 2023. Today, Greyson’s Choice continues raising awareness, advancing child-safety reform, and working to ensure courts take domestic violence, threats, and the risk of imminent harm seriously.
